At Fienza we pride ourselves on supplying products of a high standard. Our warranty periods are extremely competitive and praticually designed to give the end user peace of mind. Our dedicated After Sales Service and Warranty team are here to help both retailer and end user customers.

Fienza has updated the residential and commerical warranty periods, terms and conditions for all products purchased on or after 1st February 2022. Please select the relevant Warranty document below for when the product was purchased.

Alpine Building Products manufacture kitchen and bathroom products to a very high-quality, meeting or exceeding the Australian Standards. As such, all of our products are backed with extensive warranties against any manufacturing or material defects.

Construction and Warranty Against Defects
Apline Cabinets warrants the following products free of manufacturing defects for the following set periods from the date of purchase on the terms set out below.

Marbletrend brand is owned by Bathroom Products Australia PL (hereafter referred to as BPA) since May, 2015*. BPA is proud of the quality of the products that we offer over our different brands and full after-sales service is offered, should this be necessary.

Johnson Suisse brand is owned by Bathroom Products Australia PL (hereafter referred to as BPA) since May, 2015*. BPA is proud of the quality of the products that we offer over our different brands and full after-sales service is offered, should this be necessary.

Our 10 year warranty deems that our Wet Wall Panels will not crack, blister or delaminate. We guarantee that it will remain watertight, on the condition that panels are fitted and sealed correctly in accordance with our fitting guidelines.

In the event of a successful claim under your Wet Wall guarantee, we will replace the panels - but will only cover any claims for refitting costs under exceptional circumstances and where a defective panel prohibits ordinary use of the surrounding area. Claims for any additional consequential costs will not be accepted.
